8664 and Light Rail in the CJ

Wowee zowee I got an 8664 article published in the CJ. Last week a CJ Forum Fellow Hoosier who works in Louisville wrote an editorial questioning the efficacy of 8664. I jumped all over it and wrote a response as quickly as I could - with a little help from my friends, as always ;-) Within the 750 word limit that seems to be standard these days, I tied the 8664 vision to a cross-river rail system that I think is the only viable long-term solution to Louisville's transportation needs.
